Remember Me Senior Care

Cleveland, TN

Overview

Remember Me Senior Care is Cleveland, Tennessee’s premier assisted living and memory care neighborhood. The vision began in 2014 as Tracy Sneed saw the need first-hand as his mother, Anne, lived with dementia. Over her 13-year journey with dementia, Tracy recognized that there was a great need for care, services, and education about dementia. Because of his journey, developing RMSC was a personal and purposeful way to change the way people perceive assisted living and dementia care.

The neighborhood community of 5 luxury farmhouse-style homes serves over 60 residents. The community officially opened in Spring of 2022 and has achieved 100% occupancy.

What We Do

In 2015, the Sneed brothers met with Josh Crisp to share their vision of developing a memory care neighborhood in their hometown of Cleveland to honor the legacy of their late mother who battled dementia. By 2018, the development team was assembled, bringing together Solinity, DKLevy, and Diaz Fritz to design and build the community for the Sneeds. Construction slowed but continued through the 2020 pandemic with the strong team being committed to completing the vision in spite of obstacles and delays due to the pandemic and supply chain. In April 2020, the team celebrated ground breaking and as of December 2021, the first residents entered House No. 1 as the community received its license from the state of Tennessee. By April 2022, the community celebrated ribbon cutting and opening their 5th house in the neighborhood.

Solinity provided the expertise to make the local owner’s vision become a reality by assembling a world-class team of senior living experts to develop, construct, and market the community.
