Author John C. Maxwell once said, “The measure of a leader is not the number of people who serve him but the number of people he serves.” This statement perfectly describes our experience working with the Solinity team and, in particular, Josh Crisp. We at Diaz Fritz Group have teamed with Solinity across a wide array of projects from conception, design, construction, to consulting services, and we believe Solinity embodies the concept of “words and actions aligning.”
Diaz Fritz Group strives to be a valuable asset through synergistic partnering opportunities early in project development. Several of our most successful projects have come through the efforts of Josh and his team, founded upon the collaboration, strategic planning, and aligning of partnerships. These successes have not only been financial, but have built relationships while educating and inspiring all involved. Josh readily shares his vast knowledge from many years of experience in the Senior Housing Industry.
Finally, and maybe most importantly, Josh always does what’s in the best interest of those he is working with, and he and Solinity put clients’ needs first. Their integrity is second to none. It has been a privilege and an honor to work with Solinity and their development team, and we look forward to continue this relationship for years to come.
Working with Solinity has been a Godsend. Solinity has been with us from the very beginning, and their knowledge and guidance has been an immeasurable benefit. Josh’s experience in the senior living industry really benefited us when it came to the design of our community. He was able to show us the pro’s and con’s to many ideas we had and connected us with the right team for our project. We really appreciated Sara’s media expertise when it came time to do our groundbreaking. It let us have peace of mind knowing true professionals were standing in our corner at every turn. We believe their whole team will bring extraordinary value to every community they work with.
The senior living community needs more champions and thought leaders like Josh Crisp! I had the opportunity to attend a key note address given by Josh at the Grace Annual Conference. His expertise in the senior world and his energy and passion for those we serve was refreshing and engaging as an industry leader and educator. I left the conference wanting to be a better leader and to tell the beautiful love stories of our communities and those we serve.
I spent roughly 12 months working with Josh on the design and development for a senior living community in Memphis, TN area. Josh knowledge and attention to details were valuable and provided great insight into the needs of our aging seniors. His communication skills and knowledge is very effective. I look forward to working with Josh on some future endeavors.
As a distinguished lecturer and intern coordinator in human resource management, it is critical that I offer students knowledge skills and the practical side of the profession. As Joshua Crisp and his Solinity team spoke to the HR class, students were given a practical side of the healthcare industry in senior living. Students were made aware of opportunities and career paths that could assist them as they graduate and make a career decision. Josh offered great advice to business students in the staffing class.
Josh’s leadership of the moderated discussion around emerging companies was a great example of why senior living will thrive in the future. Community living is a care and service industry, and Josh and other servant-based leaders are blazing a trail focused on the resident as well as the workforce supporting the resident. This focus and approach will continue to elevate the profession and the product and services delivered.
