Solinity Announces Regional Director of Operations
KNOXVILLE, TN–Solinity, a senior living developer, owner and operator, has named Terry Norman as its new regional director of operations.
Norman brings a variety of organizational leadership and development experience to the team. Prior to joining Solinity, he served as regional director of operations, building and leading teams in the construction industry. Throughout his career, he has successfully served on and led multiple successful teams, ranging from time as a SWAT operator in Metro Atlanta to the director of volunteer services for one of East Tennessee’s premier home health & hospice agencies. His experience developing and leading teams of older and younger adults uniquely qualify him for Solinity’s multi-generational and intergenerational model of care.
