New Co-Developed Senior Living Community to Embrace Island Values to Serve Families in Hawaii

Solinity announces partnership with Hawaiian Legacy to launch new Home Care agency in O’ahu, Hawaii, with development plans for a senior living community to serve families in Hawaii. Rooted in the values of Hawaii and the spirit of ʻohana, Hawaiian Legacy brings culturally connected, high-quality in-home services to seniors and individuals with disabilities across Oʻahu.

The Hawaiian Legacy Senior Living community is co-developed and managed by Solinity with providing support for development planning, budget creation, raising capital, back office setup, HR and onboarding, market positioning, and strategic analytics.

Founded by native Hawaiian Jacob Chan, a former EMT, and his wife Lindsay Chan, a dedicated registered nurse with over a decade of healthcare experience, Hawaiian Legacy Home Care began serving families in summer 2025. Rooted in the belief that every kūpuna deserves care that honors their story and cultural heritage, Jacob and Lindsay are bringing their vision to life by offering compassionate in-home care across the islands.

“We’re proud to take our purpose-driven approach to senior living development to the islands of Hawaii,” said Josh Crisp, Founder and CEO of Solinity. “Jacob and Lindsay represent the heart, vision, and commitment it takes to serve with excellence, and we’re honored to support the launch of Hawaiian Legacy as they care for the community they know and love.”

While the financing and development plans of their future senior living community is underway, Hawaiian Legacy, alongside Solinity as its operating and development partner, is already making an impact. Solinity has provided strategic support, from business planning and capital strategy to HR, branding, policy development, and more, ensuring the foundation is strong as the vision continues to grow.
