Joshua Crisp, Founder and CEO of the Solinity family of companies, announced the appointment of Estella Bowers as President of Solinity Management Services. The appointment supports Solinity’s continued expansion of its service offerings, expanding community management services to third-party management services.
Estella brings more than 18 years of progressive senior living leadership experience, beginning her career in direct resident care before advancing into clinical, operational, and executive leadership. Her experience spans Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care, including multi-state operations, sales and occupancy strategy, clinical and regulatory oversight, acquisitions, transitions, and community stabilization.
