The portfolio is a strategic initiative to develop and acquire senior living communities in secondary and tertiary markets in the southeast. St. Ives assisted living and memory care, located in Johns Creek, GA, is part of the Hometown portfolio.
St. Ives Hometown Living, a right-sized senior living community of choice where physical, emotional and spiritual needs of residents and team members are acknowledged and met. The community consists of 36 apartments, licensed for 44, providing a blend of assisted living and specialized memory care services.
