With over three decades of industry experience, and a native of Coral Gables, Holly began his career with the Codina Bush Group before holding executive roles at Cushman & Wakefield. In 2002, he founded Holly Real Estate, where he championed sustainable development, including Miami’s first green LEED-certified office building. Recognized as the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce’s ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’ in 2007, Holly continues to be a leader in the field, shaping the future of Miami’s real estate landscape. Most recently, he serves as founder of Patton Real Estate Group and brings his expertise to Solinity Development.
