Sara Mitchell joins Solinity as Director of Communications & Client Relations with experience in broadcast journalism, digital marketing/social media management and public relations. She works with the Solinity team to market the mission of bridging the gap between generations and provoking a new mindset of intergenerational living.

With a passion for communications, Sara serves as liaison between new developments, existing communities, and the Solinity management team as the marketing team crafts love stories of clients and helps creatively share those stories through various outlets.

As a way to give back, Sara volunteers alongside the Pedal for Alzheimer’s, Ltd. team to assist in the management and organization of cycling events that raise funds for Alzheimer’s research, education and awareness. She has served as media coordinator, director of the 2018 11-day event, and a variety of other roles for the fitness-related nonprofit organization.

As a part of the Solinity team, Sara produces the podcast show for Bridge the Gap Senior Living Podcast. Along with the Solinity marketing team, she produces weekly content for internet marketing, social media and podcast media relations.

Sara holds a Master of Science from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and frequently emcees for events such as Big Brothers, Big Sisters of East Tennessee, the Knoxville Chamber of Commerce, and the Miss Tennessee Scholarship Pageant. She resides in Knoxville, Tennessee where she enjoys running and CrossFit.
